THE VALIDITY OF THE VOUCHER PURCHASED IN PRE-SALE VIA TICKETPORTAL.CZ IS UNTIL 28th FEBRUARY
If you have purchased a voucher for the entry fee for L'Etape Czech Republic by Tour de France via ticketportal.cz, you should read further. The purchase of a voucher does not mean automatic registration for the race. This needs to be done via the registration form on this site, where you will enter all the required information. In the last step, enter the code of the purchased voucher, which will provide you with a 100% discount on the entry fee. According to the pre-announced conditions, the voucher is valid until February 28, 2021!
Therefore, if you have not yet completed the registration, we recommend that you do so immediately. If you have already redeemed your voucher and are registered for the L’Etape Czech Republic by Tour de France, you do not need to pay attention to this message. If you did not manage to register, contact the organizer at the email address info@letapeczech.cz, where they will resolve the situation with you and possibly extend the validity of the voucher individually.

If so, then your worries are completely unnecessary. In the event that the event could not take place due to anti-epidemic regulations, you are entitled to a refund of the entry fee, which will be reduced by a service fee of CZK 250.
